The 2 ladies who took care of the b&b while we were there, were very helpful, patient and have a smile on their face. Thank you!
We had some problems with the heating! It did not work properly and we had to call the technician a few times. In the end, as we were about to leave, it finally worked. Stress noise one of the nights we spent there. B&B well-located = also noise in the evening/night...they clean the streets at night

By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun and met very polite and welcoming staff at the reception desk. Had great location in a restricted area, steps away from Laurentian Library.

The location is marvelous, nestled in a very nice boutique building right by the biggest church. It's around a 3-minute walk to a really cozy café/restaurant and the center.

Good location - but in pedestrian area so check car park locations...
Over priced for a B & B.......reserved superior room with 4 poster bed but room offered a modern divan with a rather hard mattress

The breakfast was free and the food was freshly made and good. the location was perfect, with a very nice cafe nearby, and it was easy to visit museums and walk to the main street.

Excellent welcoming at the reception. Very helpful and kind lady..we really would like to thank you for all your excellent restaurant suggestions. The hotel has a very convenient location just across duomo. Our room was perfect. We will definitely go back to florence and stay at le stanze on our anniversary.

Staff was friendly and worked hard to please. Location was perfect. Room very clean. Breakfast choices were limited but satisfactory.
hearing the sirens very often - but I suppose it is more to do with the city vs. the B&B itself.

The service was very good. the brand-new double room had a really high ceiling and a nice classic style. the hotel is well priced and has a super central location in an amazing neighborhood. It is adjacent to Florence and all other attractions, as well as a nearby restaurant.

Staying in the double room was awesome because everything looked so new. the beds were huge and comfy, and the bathroom had nice marble walls which I liked a lot - felt fancy! the place is right in the middle of everything, so close to all the cool stuff to see. 🌟

The location is perfect, it's a walking distance from the bus/train station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We had restaurants recommendation and they are very good indeed. Clean room and it has a complimentary croissant, and tea/coffee maker.
It's the noise at night!!! Needs to check on the windows... it doesn't shut properly.
